HDBEENDOPE & EARL ON THE BEAT UNVEIL NEW MUSIC VIDEO FOR SINGLE “REALLYMITE”

Hip-hop artist HDBeenDope and multiplatinum producer Earl On The Beat premiered the new music video to his single “ReallyMite” via BET Jams Network. Directed by Erikson Corniel – the music video showcasesHD rapping over a mariachi band as he shows off his mastery of wordplay and skillful flow.  

ReallyMite” has been making waves since the single’s release last week, having been added to several playlists including Spotify’s Hip Hop Heat, Apple Music’s Baseline, TIDAL’s Producers Corner and Rising-Tidal Masters. The single is the first listen of potential collaborations HD has hinted at coming up with Earl On The Beat, a multi-platinum & award winning producer known as one of the most in demand producers in hip-hop, having worked with the likes of City Girls and Lil Yachty

The new video comes on the heels of a busy stretch for HD, who just wrapped up his college tour hitting the likes of Richmond University, The College of New Jersey, Denison University, The College of Wooster and many more. The New York-native is now gearing up to hit one of the biggest stages in the city: Rolling Loud New York, this October. 

Most recently, the multi-faceted powerhouse dropped his second project BrokeN Dreams in 2020, followed by the song “Top,” featured in Madden NFL 21. The project showcased his signature storytelling style while blending the classic, East Coast sound with a more minimalist trap approach. The project also featured appearances from Rodes Rollins, Mayila and Maeta, as well as the fan-favorite single “Die With Me,” and garnered critical acclaim from the likes of HYPBEAST, DJBooth, XXL and more. 

Over the course of 2019, he released a series of one-off singles including “Cayman,” “Rev Run” and the massive hit “BYRD,” a no-holds-barred trap-influenced song that’s earned over 23 million streams and views to date.   

HD originally dropped his debut project, Pheace Be The Journey, in 2016, an instant success that earned him an opening slot for Portugal. The Man on their US tour. His relentless work ethic enabled him to perform in venues across the US alongside the likes of Supa Bwe, Black.

Agency founder’s latest drop follows 2021 previous releases, Prisontation: Life In A Sentence and By The Bar, Vol. 1; the latter which caught the attention of Maybach Music Group CEO on Instagram; prompting him to like a handful of posts on her profile.

 “I created Airplane Mode to disconnect to reconnect to my higher self. Sometimes your elevation requires isolation. I wanted to get higher while still being grounded. I had to cut off a lot of people so that I could get closer to God. When a person puts their phone in airplane mode it’s either because they’re flying or they don’t want to be reached,” says the entrepreneurial-focused rapstress about why the project was made.

Teddy Ray Stars In “The Detox” By League & Two Time

Popular Comedian and Wild ‘N Out cast member Teddy Ray stars in League & Two Time’s latest visual to their titled “The Detox” featuring fellow Inglewood artist King Riko produced by Moskito. In the CreatedByBlu directed visual, League, Two Time, and Teddy are in hazmat suits checking in on the local community who is acting toxic, smoking unsavory flowers, and being a hazard to their environment. While the premise of the video is already extremely entertaining, Teddy Ray interrupts the music with two hilarious skits about toxic behavior. 

League and Two Time League continue to build their budding careers together, however League looks to crossover into a prosperous career as a solo artist in the coming months with a slew of singles and a forthcoming project.

Smoko Ono Takes Over London With Yxng Bane, Chance The Rapper, and Joey Purp for the “Winners” Video

An essential producer behind present day Chicago hip hop, Smoko Ono has the ability to intertwine his city’s traditional sounds with those of the future. Crossing the Atlantic ocean to London with his Chitown crew, Smoko and the dudes post up with Yxng Bane on his home turf, moving around the city, and hanging out the side of their van. Through incorporating elements like a fish-eye lens, the video creates the feeling of watching a vlog about Smoko and his friends while they do some light shopping and dig in on a prominent restaurant city.
