Atlantic Records’ Rellyski Unveils His Visual For “Flowers”

Published

on

Arriving as the next breakout star out of Florida, buzzing Miami rapper Rellyski is propelling to new heights with the release of his forthcoming material. Driven by a consuming urge to establish himself as an industry staple and with early co-signs from Derrick Milano and Major Nine, Rellyski is here to make his mark as an artist to watch in 2021 and beyond. Out of his tough upbringing was birthed survival, and an overwhelming urge to be successful that’s shown on full display in the 22-year-old phenomenon’s music.

Attending college on a football scholarship, Rellyski found himself struggling to make ends meet and picked up the microphone as a substitution. In 2018, he left school to pursue his dreams and ultimately give his family a better life, drawing inspiration from prior hardships and the likes of Lil Baby, Lil Wayne, and Eminem.

Now having inked a deal with Bad Habit and Atlantic Records in early 2021, the newcomer unveils the official music video for “Flowers.”  The introspective track showcases his raw, rhyming skills and effortless ability to deliver relatable lyrics. “Flowers” is a motivating record that arrives ahead of his label debut project, dropping later this year via Bad Habit / Atlantic Records. “I feel like it’s really going to broadcast me to the world,” Rellyski shares about the project. “It’s really me saying that I’ve received opportunities that aren’t common where I come from.”

Rob49 and DaBaby Join Forces for Heavy-Hitting Record, “Hate It Or Love It”

Emerging New Orleans star Rob49 linked up with multi-platinum recording artist DaBaby for the defiant new single “Hate It Or Love It” via Rebel Music/Geffen Records. The latest release from Rob’s forthcoming 4God II EP, “Hate It Or Love It” is full of the sort of relentless energy that Rob49 has become known for, a mission statement that sounds impossible to deny. The coinciding video is one of the first directorial debuts by DaBaby as well. WATCH VIDEO HERE

Though “Hate It Or Love It” marks their first collaboration, Rob and DaBaby make for a natural pair, each MC are a master of navigating beats in a way that maintains his uniquely muscular presence. Over a hypnotic, piano-led instrumental, Rob and his Charlotte-bred partner trade verses about staying steadfast in the face of adversity, backstabbers in their own circles, and enemies of all stripes.

Hate It Or Love It” arrives in the wake of the Peezy-assisted “Let Me Know,” which was released earlier this month, “Ball N Chill,” and “4God II,” all of which are set to appear on Rob’s forthcoming EP. Those tracks were preceded by the G Herbo-assisted “Add It Up,” and “Product of the Trenches,” two pummeling singles that emanate confidence and danger. Additionally, Rob recently toured with Nardo Wick, expanding his fanbase with each stop. This past fall, he also performed in the halftime show at a Pelicans game in his native New Orleans.

In just a short time, Rob has been embraced by some of hip-hop’s heavy hitters: 2022 album Welcome to Vulture Island features collaborations with Icewear Vezzo, Babyface Ray, Doe Boy, Landstrip Chip, and Lil Baby—to say nothing of the project being introduced by legendary Cash Money Records founder Birdman. His single “Vulture Island V2” with Lil Baby amassed more than 20 million views on YouTube alone.

With “Hate It Or Love It,” Rob makes it clear that he’s on the precipice of something even bigger.

Watch Young Dolph’s Video for “Love For The Streets” From ‘Paper Route Frank’

Published

Young Dolph built his empire from the ground up, in the streets of Memphis that he called home. Today, the label he built, Paper Route Empire, shares the new video for “Love For The Streets,” the opening song from his posthumous album Paper Route Frank

The video for “Love For The Streets” opens with an audio clip of Dolph explaining that he wrapped his fleet of luxury cars in the same, signature camouflage wrap, not for the love of the cars themselves, but to be different: “I’m doing stuff that can’t nobody do, and that’s the hardest thing to do, is stand out.” As the clip fades into the track’s introduction, the camouflaged convoy takes to the streets of Memphis, passing local landmarks like the memorialized Adolph “Young Dolph” Thornton, Jr. Avenue and the Dolph Land memorial mural in Castalia, with old footage of Dolph interspersed as though he never left. At the video’s closing, Dolph is seen toasting his Paper Route Empire family as he lays out his plans to keep the empire growing, saying, “I love all y’all. This sh*t living forever.”

The video for “Love For The Streets” arrives as Paper Route Empire continues to work harder than ever to honor Dolph’s legacy and continue to fulfill his vision. Last month, Key Glock shared his new album Glockoma 2, before embarking on SiriusXM’s Hip-Hop Nation Presents: Key Glock – Glockoma Tour, where he honors his mentor every night with a performance of “100 Shots.” Tickets for SiriusXM’s Hip-Hop Nation Presents: Key Glock – Glockoma Tour are available now at keyglock.com. Fans of Dolph and Glock can pay tribute to Dolph at the traveling Dolphland museum, which has made stops in New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, Denver, San Antonio, Chicago, and Washington, DC, with upcoming dates in Atlanta and Memphis to be announced soon.

Released in December, Paper Route Frank drips with the same commanding charisma and booming Tennessee bass that defines Dolph’s impeccable catalog. Featuring appearances by Gucci Mane2 Chainz, PRE’s own Key Glock, Big Moochie Grape, and SNUPE BANDZPaper Route Frank is available everywhere via Paper Route Empire.

Stay tuned for much more from Young Dolph’s Paper Route Empire in the near future!
