Accompanied by the Jordan Gonzalez-directed music video, “Buss It” takes viewers through Historical Petersburg and showcases the nightlife scene young adults experience on River Street in Old Towne. Speaking on the songs origins, Nano states:

“I heard the beat playing during someone else’s studio session and immediately asked who made the beat and told the engineer to put it in my folder. I wanted to make something catchy and straight to the point. It’s guaranteed to make you move. An energetic street anthem. Raw, real, descriptive yet simple.”

804 Nano is unique, soulful, and has a no holds barred reputation musically and professionally. Centered around lyrics and production he influences neighborhood youth to support, create, and believe unapologetically. When he isn’t working towards building his musical career, he supports his mom catering service; keeping him close to family as he continues to grow through the industry. His debut commercial mixtape, ‘Anaconda Vice,‘ hosted by 106.5 THE BEAT‘s Kool DJ Foot, proved him to be capable, focused, and ready to take his career to new heights.

“I created Airplane Mode to disconnect to reconnect to my higher self. Sometimes your elevation requires isolation. I wanted to get higher while still being grounded. I had to cut off a lot of people so that I could get closer to God. When a person puts their phone in airplane mode it’s either because they’re flying or they don’t want to be reached,” says the entrepreneurial-focused rapstress about why the project was made.

An essential producer behind present day Chicago hip hop, Smoko Ono has the ability to intertwine his city’s traditional sounds with those of the future. With the help of Yxng BaneChance The Rapper, and Joey Purp, Smoko Ono shares the new visual for “Winners.” The song has a true dancehall feel to it, bolstered by smooth, Afrobeats-inspired drum patterns and bouncing synths providing the ideal canvas for the two Chitown heroes to deliver their verses. Crossing the Atlantic ocean to London with his Chitown crew, Smoko and the dudes post up with Yxng Bane on his home turf, moving around the city, and hanging out the side of their van. Through incorporating elements like a fish-eye lens, the video creates the feeling of watching a vlog about Smoko and his friends while they do some light shopping and dig in on a prominent restaurant city. Making sure to stop by KISS FM UK to promote their new single, the four artists bring their short trip to a halt by finding some time to participate in London’s nightlife.

The video for “Winners” arrives as the song continues to make waves in the streaming world. Currently, “Winners” sits at #1 on Apple Music’s The New Chicago playlist, has received over 1.5 million streams on Spotify to date, and has been recognized by high profile publications including BillboardComplex, and Pitchfork. “Winners” is Smoko Ono’s second star-studded new single of the year, following You Are” ft.
