SNUPE BANDZ Inspires the Youth in “Bigger Dreams”

Published

on

With his mind on his money and his sky-high ambitions, SNUPE BANDZ is piloting his own destiny. Returning to prove the sky’s the limit for anyone bold enough to reach for it, the Paper Route Empire artist shares the video for “Bigger Dreams.” The track finds SNUPE exploring the distance between his roots and the heights of his career, sharing the lessons he learned along the way: “It ain’t how you start the race, n****, it’s how you finish/When you doing better than them b*tches, they gon’ envy.”

The video for “Bigger Dreams” opens as SNUPE pulls up on a couple kids from the neighborhood in his Corvette, stopping to take some pictures before making detours from the trap to the jewelry store. SNUPE buys some new ice and stops to fill up his tank, but ultimately ends up right back at the studio, bringing his next big dream into view.

“Bigger Dreams” is the latest video from BOYZ IN THE HOOD, the 2022 collaborative project between SNUPE and fellow PRE hotshot PaperRoute Woo, following the recent cut for Woo’s “Different Channel.” With high-energy features from Arkansas rapper Bankroll Freddie and the crunkstar himself, Duke DeuceBOYZ N THE HOOD is available everywhere via Paper Route Empire.

SNUPE BANDZ and PaperRoute Woo have a long history of collaborations, dating back to 2020’s “In My Bag” and continuing through 2021’s “Pop Out,” which drew 1.9 million YouTube views. Both SNUPE and Woo joined their mentor Young Dolph on “Nothing To Me,” a standout single from the 2021 PAPER ROUTE iLLUMINATi mixtape, generating over 9.6 million views, and they later took the stage in remembrance of their role model during a tribute set at Rolling Loud California 2021. The two Memphis natives made memorable appearances on Paper Route Empire Presents: Long Live Dolph, the 2022 PRE compilation tape: SNUPE shined on his solo showcase “I Know Why,” and connected with Joddy Badass for the sensual “I Like,” while Woo flashed his mastery of flow in “Fully Equipt.”

Stay tuned for more from Woo, SNUPE, and Paper Route Empire as the year progresses.

Asian-American rappers Star2, ChinaTownRunner, and $tupid Young release the new single / video entitled “FWM”. The single precedes Star2 and ChinaTownRunner’s upcoming EP and sets the bar high with haunting cavernous beats and dark melodic flow.

Each of them affirm that they are “about money” in their separate verses and all ask listeners to “come and F*** With Me.” The music video for “FWM” captures Star2, ChinaTownRunner, and $tupid Young in a graffiti-stroked garage full of sports cars and women. Leaning into the sheer magnitude of the track itself, the visuals for “FWM” zero in on each rapper for an intense performance.
