Published

on

Arkansas’ most promising rapper Bankroll Freddie teams up with Young Dolph for their highly anticipated hustler’s anthem “Rich Off Grass (Remix),” out today via Quality Control/Motown RecordsRich Off Grass first appeared on Freddie’s debut album “From Trap to Rap” and received critical praise with the visual premiering exclusively on WSHH and garnering over 2 million views. Freddie’s second release of 2021 is an honest portrayal of Freddie’s background and a peek into his upbringing, neighborhood and friends. The single arrives alongside a DJ Bruce Bruce directed visual that finds the rapper celebrating his rise to stardom alongside the community that stood behind him and nurtured his growth.

Produced by YS TracksFreddie and Dolph charismatically flex their larger-than-life personas in a visual that authentically depicts their street lifestyle. While Freddie celebrates leaving the streets for the industry, “Rich Off Grass (Remix)” finds Freddie revisiting his early days of hustling and making a way out of his hood by any means necessary. On the record Freddie effortlessly delivers and Dolph adds a grittiness and authenticity – simply put this collaboration is a perfect match.
“Rich Off Grass (Remix)” comes on the heels of Freddie’s 2020 debut album, From Trap to Rap, which boasted additional features from Lil Baby, Lil Yachty, Moneybagg Yo, Tay Keith, Renni Rucci, and more. In January 2021, he released “Add It Up,” an ominous trap banger that celebrated Freddie’s success and showed off his lyrical gifts. Currently, Freddie is in the studio finalizing his upcoming album Big Bank which will be released on April 2nd.
