@Fridaynitee has a seriously cold banger with “Schemin”

Published

on

Fridaynite’s new tune “Schemin” is a relaxed, beat-thudding epic. Harold Harper’s melancholy instrumental is tailor-made for slow, tantalizing raps. FridayNite does a fine job riding the beat by rapping and singing to culminate in a fiery, yet smooth release. It’s one of the smoother tracks that we have covered recently so we will continue to watch out for Fridaynite’s brand of artistry.

Listen to “Schemin” below.

Sir Will feat. Judge Da Boss Drops “Moment of Truth”

Published

By

Compton bred Phoenix based rapper Sir Will just released a new video for “Moment of Truth”, an unhinged anthem of perseverance that features fellow Arizona rapper Judge Da Boss. With production by Pandora Nightz, the song’s masterful and dynamic elements keep listener’s on their toes for a fresh and invigorating musical listen marked with effortless flow, throbbing bass and heavy-hitting synths. The video for “Moment of Truth” was inspired by 2pac & Dr. Dre’s “California Love” but with an action-packed desert vibe.

With influences such as 2 Pac, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne as well as notable battle rappers Tay Roc, Tsu Surf, Geechi Gotti, and Math Hoffa, Sir Will has no limits when it comes to fusing musical styles. “I’m from the West Coast, so you will be able to hear that in my slang, the way I talk. But I want you to hear the East Coast lyricism, all the way to that South bounce. I want to be able to deliver it from all areas like it’s never been done before.”

Outside of music, Sir Will finds purpose by giving back to the community and educating inner city youth on financial literacy. With more music on the horizon, Sir Will is not showing signs of slowing down anytime soon. “The message is simple – I’m here to create great music and deliver it from the perspective of someone who came from nothing and who has seen success before all the music and fame.”

Rising in the South on the back of his “gigantic” personality, Big Moochie Grape‘s charisma can’t be contained. Flashing his ice and his million watt smile, Moochie shares Acting Up,” his brand new music video. Produced by Bandplay, who combines chiming keys with booming 808s, “Acting Up” finds the Paper Route Empire rapper showing off his lockstep flows, dividing his fearless flexes into hypnotic triplets: “Got rich quick, now a n**** can’t stand me/Know a J named Oscar and I’m servin’ them grammies,” spits Moochie. In the video, directed by HDotRoss, the East Memphis native rocks his PRE chain and plays pool with a homie, as he flirts with a bevy of baddies. “Acting Up” is a highlight from East Haiti Baby, Moochie’s recently released album, and follows the boisterous video for the title track.
