Bay Area Spotlight: Larry June and Jazz Cartier Talk Health on “Healthy”

Published

on

Larry June is one of the smoothest rappers in the country. Jazz Cartier’s a confident lyricist who’s as suave as just about anyone around. Bringing the two together is something that should have been happened, but now that the two are creating music they’ve created a track fire enough to forgive any missed downtime. On “Healthy” both June and Cartier talk about something very important to our everyday lives: health. This  type of health may be different than your regular definiton; oen defined by fast cars and weed smoke. It’s an interesting depiction of something that could have been defined way different. But it works in the context of the song and actually manages to be kind of hilarious. You have to listen to it yourself to see what I’m talking about.

Listen to “Healthy” below.
