Pierre Bless and DJ Drama connect on street anthem “F.E.A.”

Published

on

Hip Hop artist Pierre Bless is originally from Nuremberg Germany but his parents decided to move him back to the states when he was 2 years old. He was then raised in Albemarle, NC and still currently resides there because outside of music he wants to open up a home care agency.

His artist name Pierre is Peter in French, and Bless comes from his lifestyle brand. His brand is called “Spread Love Life” which is all about the Law of Attraction and good energy. Bless began rapping and freestyling in 7th grade and he remembers his friends were making beats on the desk and rapping Cash Money lyrics. He began taking it seriously when he won a talent show at the age of 15 and used the prize money to purchase studio equipment. At 15 years old Bless made his first record called “She Wanna Ride Witta Pimp” and the song was played at professional baseball games in North Carolina “The Durham Bulls”.

Bless is known for spreading love. Musically, he is nationally known for his viral hit record “What’s Ya Sign”. He is an Independent artist, signed to a Management deal with PTE’s CEO Miami Mike (Soulja Boy’s manager) and Quality Control’s marketing manager; Mr. Too Official. He is also finishing up a national tour, a regional tour, and an HBCU college tour from 2021. He has performed on main stages at SXSW and opened up for Jacquees, Key Glock, Asian Doll, and Toosii in 2021.

Artists such as Nas and Mase are how he would describe his overall sound. He looks up to Nas, Jay Z, and Rick Ross, and he is mostly inspired by Nas’s lyrical ability and Jay-Z’s beat selections. Bless shared “ever since I started rapping it became a part of me. Before then I was infatuated with hip-hop artists’ lifestyles. I read The Source and XXL magazines every month and recorded Rap City The Basement on VHS tapes every episode. I studied my favorite musicians very closely and mocked their styles for years to become the artist I am today .”

When Bless had his daughter on Jan 1st, 2019, it gave him a new purpose in life in terms of success. He always wanted to be the greatest at what he does, but now he believes he has more tunnel vision with his little one being his motivation within his career. His daughter, Zuri, is his only motivation. He wants to make millions, billions even to create a clear pathway of success for her and her future siblings.

Pierre Bless wants to touch the hearts of every fan to influence them to Spread Love everywhere. He is also just enjoying the process of growth. He sees himself becoming a multi-platinum selling artist. Unlike most artists, Bless focuses on positivity instead of following the current trends in the industry.

Currently Bless is working on a project titled “Vision Board” to be released in 2022 but its main focus is releasing singles. He is also currently working on social media marketing for “What’s Ya Sign” while performing it nationally. In summer 2021, he released a record titled “F.E.A. ft DJ Drama” and has recently dropped his single “What’s Ya Sign” and the music video will be shot at the beginning of 2022.
