Wacotron Sends a Warning Message On “Let Me Find Out”

Wacotron is making waves in Texas and beyond with his sharp lyricism and clever wordplay. Putting his strikingly honest street raps on full-display, the Lone Star State trapper shares the visual for “Let Me Find Out.”
A highlight from Waco’s November mixtape Out the Blue, “Let Me Find Out” is a shining example of the street veteran’s lyrical prowess. On top of a dark and bass-heavy instrumental, he makes it clear that the opps can’t hide anything from him, no matter how hard they try. In the DJ Black Messiah-directed video, Waco and his trusty guard dogs stand ready for anyone who tries to cross them, warning, “Play with me it make the news.”
“Let Me Find Out” is Wacotron’s first new video since releasing Out The Blue, the highly-anticipated follow-up mixtape to his critically acclaimed 2021 project Smokin Texas. Highlighted by heavy trap production from Southside & 808 Mafia, among others, the 11-track effort establishes Wacotron’s status as the man in his city. On tracks like the lead single “Game Time,” he shares harrowing tales about life on the streets of Waco, weaving pearls of street wisdom and sly turns-of-phrase.
With Out The Blue, Wacotron plans to build on the success of his debut 2021 mixtape Smokin’ Texas, which received praise from Complex, HipHopDX, DJ Booth, and more. He hasn’t been entirely quiet over the past year, though, as he’s made waves in the rap game with singles like “Raw” and “Free Mason” (each with over 4 million streams on Spotify). The Waco, TX native has been an ambassador for central Texas rap, working alongside other Waco risers and boosting their careers while he becomes a star in his own right.
With the release of his sophomore project Out The Blue, Wacotron proves he’s an artist to watch in the bustling Texas scene. Stay tuned for much more from the young rapper in the near future.
