TY DOLLA $IGN & ASAKE JOIN RECENT GRAMMY PERFORMER/NOMINEE FRIDAYY ON THE DELUXE VERSION OF HIS EP, LOST IN MELODY!

Published

on

Following his much talked-about, highly anticipated GRAMMY performance, rising singer, producer and songwriter, Fridayy releases the deluxe version of his debut EP, Lost In Melody via Def Jam Recordings.

Closing out this year’s GRAMMY Awards performing “God Did,” his collaboration with DJ Khaled, Jay Z, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and John Legend. Fridayy constructed the career changing single in his Philadelphia bedroom just last summer. Just another monumental moment for the artist, who made his live television debut on Saturday Night Live last month performing his first top Billboard Hot 100 collaboration with Lil Baby entitled “Forever”.

What better way to celebrate all his successes than with a deluxe release of his critically-acclaimed debut EP, Lost In Melody. Adding four new tracks to the project along with the remix to his single “Blessings,” which features rising Afrobeats star, Asake and has garnered over 6 million collective streams since its release in December. In addition to Vory and Asake, Fridayy also calls on music superstar, Ty Dolla $ign on the standout track, “Shoot”, which was produced by Yonatan Watts (Chris Brown, Ari Lennox, Coi Leray) and ReezyTunez (D Smoke, Buddy).

In what can only be described as a meteoric rise, Fridayy has had a plethora of career defining experiences in just six months. Named by XXL, as one of the best Hip-Hop producers of 2022, Fridayy has written and produced songs for the likes of Chris Brown, Lil Tjay, Bryson Tiller, Rod Wave, G Herbo, Tink, Coco Jones and Vedo to name a few. Not to mention, Ebony & BET have both named him an artist to watch in 2023 with Billboard, Wonderland, Essence, UPROXX, Our Generation Music and Revolt all praising his hit-making craftsmanship. Not bad for the artist, who first learned to play piano at the age of six before going onto learn several other instruments as well as perform in his church choir.

Yes, the future is very bright for the rising chart-topping star and his recent GRAMMY performance showcases that Fridayy is only beginning to make his mark in R&B and Hip-Hop.
