MICHAL MICHAL shares debut two-pack ‘SUMMER’S END’
As the summer heat slowly starts to simmer, El Paso, Texas native Michal Michal encapsulates
change with his brooding EP, Summer’s End.
Out now, the 21-year-old artist emotionally ignites a new sonic era
with his new pack – capturing the essence of being young in the modern day. Holding
tracks in “Summer’s End” and “Hope,” the two-track EP also acts as a tribute to his late friend
David Armendariz, who is pictured with Michal on various sections of the project’s artwork.
“This one’s for the passed, the losers, the lost and confused, the hard workers and the ones still waiting for a sign… All good things must come to an end, so let’s run it up the first time. Been working hard for you guys. I dedicate this to D.”
Clad with a ghostly chorus that intertwines itself in between Michal’s bars about self-betterment,
success and his life in its current state, change is inevitable for the young singer-rapper as he
continues to evolve altogether. “Summer’s End” is not only a depiction of Michal’s rise to the
occasion, but “Hope” is a further testament towards better days – armed with dreamy,
thought-provoking melodies and lines that admittedly seep into your subconscious.
Casting sonic spells through his dynamic, raspy vocal range, Michal’s official foray into music
stems from the COVID-19 pandemic, where he was inspired by his friends who were also
embedded in the arts. Touting a mix of styles – akin to acts like Trippie Redd, iann dior, Mac
Miller and KYLE, among others – his passion for music was seeded from a young age, when he
would beg his parents to allow him to play the drums.
Past efforts like “SOHO Freestyle,” “First High,” “Fell Off” and his highest-streamed hit “A
Hangover Story” all emit the exuberance of being young, wild and free. With Summer’s End,
though, Michal has turned a new leaf – looking to follow the molds of his greatest influences in
Mac Miller, Juice WRLD, Cordae, G-Eazy, Tyler, The Creator and more.
Striving to deviate from the norm, Michal Michal offers a glimmering difference in an industry
overrun with cliches. Aiming to break through as a genuine voice for the youth, Michal knows
that while good things come to an end, the best has yet to come.

Miles Minnick & Jon Keith Share New Song “Him”
Following collaborations with the late Fatman Scoop, P-Lo, and LaRussell on top of a strong co-sign from Bootleg Kev among other key industries figures, Bay Area native Miles Minnick (TW/IG) connects with San Diego’s Jon Keith (TW/IG) for a West Coast rap anthem titled “HIM.” Produced by Jon, who signed with Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkin’s Alienz Alive label over the Summer and left a lasting impression after scorching his On The Radar freestyle, the collaboration serves as the first look into what fans can expect from their forthcoming WEST INDIES project.
“For us, we want to make something of substance that has the sound of the culture that birthed us. West Coast culture. The song represents the boldness we get from knowing that Big G will slide on our behalf regardless of the situation,” said Minnick when asked about the pair’s new release.
“We wanted to make a song that brought believers together but also unified the whole West Coast. We love our state and really want to see God move through California,” echoes Keith in a press statement about the single.
