G Herbo Releases “We Don’t Care” (video) Found On ‘Strictly 4 My Fans 2’ (mixtape)

G Herbo released the official video for “We Don’t Care” today. “We Don’t Care” is the first visual in support of his recently released mixtape “Strictly 4 My Fans 2″ (April 28). In the Kevin Mares-directed video, we see a recap of the last few months of G Herbo’s life, with carefully pieced together career highlights interwoven with intimate behind-the-scene life moments. Strictly 4 My Fans 2 is available everywhere now, watch the “We Don’t Care” video HERE.
Strictly 4 My Fans 2 is a 12-song body of work featuring guest assists from GloRilla, as well as Chicago newcomers Mello Buckzz and Drench. With production from longtime collaborators Southside, DJ Victoriouz, Oz On The Track, Luca Vialli and more, Strictly 4 My Fans 2’s soundscape is reminiscent of the gritty, skittering drill beats rapped on by Lil Herb.
The original mixtape, Strictly 4 My Fans, released in November of 2016 when G Herbo was just 21 years old, marked a pivotal moment in the career of Lil Herb. At the time, with the release of Strictly 4 My Fans on all platforms, Herb began his transition from local block celebrity to global recording artist.
Releasing with his day-one fans in mind, the intensity heard in the lyrics on Strictly For My Fans 2 on songs like “Off Days”, “Fuck Opps”, and “Watch Me Ball Pt 2”, pay homage to the hunger felt seven years ago. Strictly 4 My Fans 2 is the first release of an ongoing career retrospective mixtape series by G Herbo.
