Top Dawg Entertainment’s Grammy award-winning, chart-topping and multi-platinum selling recording artist SZA, celebrates the 5th anniversary of her critically acclaimed album Ctrl, with a deluxe edition. Ctrl (Deluxe), with unreleased tracks, including the focus track “Tread Carefully,” is available now at all digital music providers via TDE/RCA Records. Click here to listen.
Boasting seven new tracks, Ctrl (Deluxe) is a special revisit and highlight to her revered major label debut, stocked with unreleased music that bring listeners deeper insight and breadth to the beloved narrative presented by the original.
The original Ctrl scored SZA five Grammy nominations and has been streamed over 2.3 billion times worldwide since its release on TDE/RCA in 2017. The now 2x RIAA-certified Platinum album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s R&B Albums chart, No. 2 on the R&B/Hip Hop Albums chart and No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart. Ctrl has remained on the Billboard 200 chart since its release and holds the record for the longest run for any Black female artist’s debut album.
Possessing now iconic tracks, listeners will now enjoy an alternate version of “Love Galore” and new tracks “Tread Carefully,” “2AM,” “Jodie,” “Awkward” and more.
