@SantaSallet Drops “Just Another Tuesday”

Santa Sallet releases his new single “Just Another Tuesday” produced by Nemizzo. The track will appear on his upcoming album titled Plutography. “I was driving home from work chatting to Nemizzo when he played this beat. I spit a freestyle and knew I had to get home and finish this track before my genius escaped me. For you, this may be a hit, but for MSP, it was Just Another Tuesday.”
Santa Sallet, real name Yannick Sallet, is a rapper and producer based in Washington, DC. Nostalgic for hip-hop’s golden era, and inspired by a worldly upbringing, Sallet’s sound is confident, versatile, and playful. Unified by a consistent flow and anecdotal lyrics, his self-produced mixtape “Plutography” is experimental and eclectic, blending salsa beats, southern trap and eastern jazz with classic and conventional rap samples.

@KnightTheBB Shares “Beautiful Boy” LP

Over the past few years, Southern California rapper BBKnight has been actively building an engaging fanbase and a strong catalog. Bursting on the scene in 2017 with his Lonewolf directed video, “Zines,” he’s since followed that up with another video with Lonewolf, an array of well-received singles and his acclaimed 2020 full length, Industry’s Unaccepted, which featured BigBabyGucci and ILYHOOK. Looking to solidify the buzz that’s been surrounding his name, he returns to the forefront with his long-awaited new album, Beautiful Boy.
Featuring production from Harold Harper, Indigo, Fernospazzin and more, Beautiful Boy finds BBKnight performing at the absolute height of his abilities. With only three features on the project, and two of them coming from inside his camp, he spends the 12 songs actively showcasing his progression as an artist. Songs like, “Mathematics” “Reach For The Moon” and “She Got Love For Me,” highlight a newfound ability to relate to the listener instead of always flexing on them, while, “Nickname Should of Been” “Beautiful Boy,” and “New State,” will keep core fans who are looking for that happy as well.
The main gem of the project, though, is “4 Way.” Produced by OB and Fernospazzin, this upbeat, festive record has already been placed on official Apple Music playlists such as New in Hip-Hop and The Plug.
