RealmuzikSK Teams Up With Yung Bleu For Collab EP ‘Up A Level’

When you have already had your work featured on Black Entertainment Television and MTV, there is no doubt that you will catch the attention of your peers. RealmuzikSK has been doing that a lot lately, so its therefore no surprise that an artist like Yung Bleu decided to get on board with his latest EP Up A Level.
Hailing from Amite City, Louisiana, it has hardly been a smooth ride for Realmuzik as he experienced periods of homelessness after dropping out of school at 16. Focused on pursuing a musical career rather than a formal education, he has experienced the pain and struggle to survive, and despite all of that, makes Hip Hop that truly touches the soul.
Up A Level certainly catches that vibe and features three tracks that are a testament to the unlimited potential he possesses. Influenced by Pit Bull, Mo3, K. Michelle, Shaggy, Johnny Taylor, Wiz Khalifa, and Rick Ross, the EP is an example of an artist running his own race and with Yung Bleu in the frame, Realmuzik is destined to get across the line in first place.
With an addictive flow and intoxicating melodies, the songs are unique in every single way and speak to his own experiences and the world around him. The EP is an example of an artist unafraid to test himself with some of the biggest names in the industry and that is why he will grab the attention of audiences on the global stage.
Catch a ride with RealmuzikSK and discover what it means to take your music Up A Level.

Sharc Goes on the Attack in “1 of 1” Video

With his sharp wordplay and a flow that cuts through any instrumental, Sharc raps like he smells blood in the water. Reconnecting with his SossHouse head honcho Pi’erre Bourne, who provides the track’s bouncy piano production, Sharc shares his new video single, “1 of 1.” The track finds the Queens native delivering flex after flex, skating over the piano plinks with clever wordplay: “She spilling rosé in the Audi/Dirty bird, you can say it’s a Falcon.”
The video for “1 of 1,” directed by CASEUNO, was shot during the North American leg of Pi’erre Bourne’s “Good Movie World Tour,” for which Sharc provided support. Opening with a distorted clip of a woman warning of an attack, the video finds Sharc completely locked in as he eats up the beat like predators in a feeding frenzy, with vintage horror film sequences of shark attacks interspersed throughout.
Signed to Pi’erre Bourne’s SossHouse imprint, Sharc made an impact with his 2021 full-length debut, 47 Meters Down, entirely produced by Pi’erre. “Drunk N Nasty,” a collaboration between Sharc and Pi’erre Bourne from the latter’s 2021 album The Life of Pi’erre 5, recently earned a GOLD certification from the RIAA. In 2023, Sharc looks to make even bigger waves with his sharp flows and quick wit. Stay tuned for much more to come from the Queens native as he keeps on swimming.

Balt Getty Drops “80s Crack Baby”

Balt Getty presents the animated music video for his “80s Crack Baby” mixtape, produced entirely by Balt and featuring shoutouts from DJ Premier, Scott Storch and Kanye West. The artist, DJ, producer, award-winning actor, director and Purplehaus founder born Balthazar Getty is the son of German artist Gisela Getty and John Paul Getty III. Balthazar entered the mainstream via his role in 1990’s Lord Of The Flies, going on to star in David Lynch classics like Lost Highway and the 2017 resurrection of Twin Peaks. Countless DJ gigs around the globe and a string of Purplehaus releases featuring everyone from rap legends Wu-Tang Clan to Latin superstar Asdru Sierra set the stage for the 2018 introduction of his animated alter ego Balt Getty, which first appeared on single “Porsche” (watch the music video) followed by “Retail Therapy”, which attracted Riff Raff for its official remix (Spotify). Balt’s silver-haired, gold-grilled, face-tattooed animated avatar takes center stage in the “Crack Baby” video, which comes on the heels of Balt’s self-directed music video for “Ugly” (Youtube) and “Sad Boy” (Youtube). “We set out to create the first ever animated mixtape,” Balt says about his new project. “The theme is anod to growing up in The Bay during that era.”
