Josh Stone Grabs Jim Jones, Rose & PNB Relly For New Track

Published

on

Rapper/songwriter Josh Stone unleashes his brand new single “Magic”, featuring Jim Jones, Rose and PNB Relly. The hip-hop artist, originally from New York, linked up with Jones in the studio in Los Angeles, where Stone pitched the song to the rapper, and shot the music video just weeks later. Grateful to be working with one of his inspirations, Josh also put on two of his artists off his Real Vibez Only Imprint, Queens R&B singer Rose and Bronx rapper PNB Relly.

Josh entered the music scene after his hockey career was cut short due to an injury. Then when his best friend passed away, he turned to music to lift him out of depression. After meeting Chris Lighty on the set of the movie “Notorious”, Josh took the craft seriously and would continuously write and make beats. When he first started out, Stone released the song “Bound 2 See” under the name “DOT”. The track did well in the UK, landing at No. 4 on the Hip-Hop chart, and at No. 2 on the Pop chart. One of Josh’s major accomplishments was writing the hook for Ariana Grande’s hit single “7 Rings.”

To this day, Josh Stone is still about the music. Aside from his new song “Magic”, the rapper recently dropped a fiery collaboration, which he produced, with fellow New Yorker Dave East, titled “Slide”, along with a music video. The two teamed up during the pandemic at Quad Recording Studios in New York City. Stone also released “Popular”, a pop friendly record which includes a beat sample from Broadway’s “Wicked.”

604Blizzy, a fast-rising star in today’s hip hop, and Lil Jjay, another emerging star, link up to promote the new project, 604$tunna, with a new visual for their latest collaboration, “3AM.”

Available now on Double Up Entertainment, “3AM” shows the two new stars hitting the city in the freshest wardrobe with a pocket full of big faces and big boy rides. The two trade verses filled with slick talking, bravado, and warning of being the next big acts in today’s music. “3AM” is the perfect origin point for newfound fans of the two stars as they ascend to new heights and 604Blizzy’s album ascends to one of the hottest projects of 2023.

604$tunna is an eight-track collaboration project that features RJ Lamont, Al, and Intense. Along with “3AM,” the project includes other breakout tracks such as “Pourin’ Up In $icily,” “Triple Threat,” and “Grey Cup.” The new project follows 604Blizzy’s 2021 collaboration album, First Take with Intense.

From an early age, 604Blizzy immersed himself in the world of hip-hop, initially captivated by Tupac during his kindergarten years. His journey led him to develop a deep appreciation for Pimp C from UGK, as well as legendary figures in Houston rap and California’s G-funk and gangster rap scenes, including Spice 1 and Death Row Records. The culmination of these influences is evident in 604Blizzy’s music, a dynamic fusion of trap sounds heavily influenced by the Detroit scene.
