Chief Keef and BMG partner to launch new label venture 43B + sign Lil Gnar

The Multi-Platinum, Billboard chart-topping artist and progenitor of Drill music, Chief Keef has just launched his new label 43B [Forget Everybody] in partnership with RBC Records/BMG. Since 2014, Chief Keef has released numerous albums through RBC, including his fan-favorite projects Sorry 4 The WeightThot Breaker, and Mansion Musick. In 2018, RBC was acquired by BMG, laying the groundwork for Keef’s new partnership with BMG. His new venture 43B is a multi-tiered label offering distribution and marketing services for artists and producers who are shifting music and culture, providing the resources, guidance, and infrastructure they need to thrive in today’s music industry. The name, 43B, stands for Forget Everybody, stressing the importance of individuality and autonomy—two factors that have played heavily into Keef’s path as an artist. The label will be helmed by Chief Keef’s long time manager, Idris Dykes who will be acting as co-CEO, as well as Sophie Kautz who has been appointed as the Head of A&R and Marketing. With the launch of 43B, Chief Keef is also proud to announce his first artist signing, the Atlanta-based rapper, Lil Gnar. 43B is a work of passion for Chief Keef and Lil Gnar is emblematic of the values and vision he hopes to foster with his new venture.

Westside Webb Represents For The West Coast In New Project ‘Player Games Pt.1’

Westside Webb is representing the west coast and speaks on the game of life through his newest project ‘Player Games Pt. 1’ and brings several meaningful tracks about hustle, grind, and struggle. Through ‘Player Games Pt.1,’ the Long Beach, CA native delivers a smooth yet impactful flow, with each track offering a new perspective and story. Westside Webb went the extra mile to develop this masterpiece, and each track builds on the theme of life as well as his own experiences.

In his own words, Westside Webb mentioned, “Life inspired this project. Everyday hustle, struggle, and living.” He further added, “Nothing is easy. Continue to be the player you are because we’re all playing this game called life. And know that when it gets rough, stay down, because that’s how it’s supposed to feel.”

Webb believes that life is not supposed to be easy and that everyone has their own battles to conquer. When the going gets tough, the only logical thing is to keep pushing as there is light at the end of the tunnel. This incredible message is one of the main reasons behind the growing traction of Westside Webb. 

His career is filled with phenomenal pieces like “Progress” and “Can’t Relate,” as this artist is no beginner in the music scene. While maintaining extensive professional experience, this artist focuses primarily on developing his craft. Thousands of fans tune in to his tracks daily, and Westside Webb intends to dominate the industry in the coming years. 

“I feel like music speaks a foreign language and only a few understand, and I definitely understand,” he says. “It makes my soul feel good, it makes me happy to see people happy while listening to something I created from scratch from my own thought process.”

One of the 3rd largest music markets in the world, Chicago, is filled with some of the most accomplished and clever musicians.  A prime example is Ray iLLa, an East Sider who was a former unknown five years ago.  As a new and upcoming artist, Ray had a good ear for music, and a teacher saw something in him.  By peaking his interest with an opportunity to play drums, Ray got the jump start and support he needed and which kicked everything off. His family members also familiar with the music began discovering different instruments. Ray expanded into rapping and found the beauty in music, which led to songwriting. Eventually, the music therapy worked for Ray, and he started to record his own music.

The crime rate in Chicago was always high, but Ray was satisfied with making music, and he never stopped progressing.   Indeed, Ray was on the verge of accomplishing his dreams. He started to improve his music and craft by making good music that resonated with his listeners.

He was recently asked to perform at the A3C music festival, one of the largest music festivals in the US.  His lyrics were provoking and powerful, cheering the crowd and highlighting the fantastic and satisfying music. His career is based on his never-ending love for music, and that’s the key to his success.

The passion and energy required to play music has rapidly increased for many new musicians.  This new energy inspired Ray and now is all set for what he has been planning nights and working the club scene in order to explore the wide variety of audiences. In the meantime, Ray is diligently planning to make his hometown Chicago the key to brand awareness and sending his brand to the top of the charts within the next few years.

Gaze up to the sky with Azalyne on her latest audio and visual “Clouds”

14 year-old multi-talented instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, composer, and producer based in Toronto, ON – Azalyne – has unleashed her latest record titled “Clouds.” ​​The soulful and dreamy track showcases Azalyne’s vocals in a way that audiences can relate to and hear the passion in every lyric. At just 14, Azalyne has a powerful and commanding voice, and is an artist who believes in creating timeless pieces everyone can enjoy.

The melodic tune of her latest release “Clouds” is sure to serve as an anthem for the inquisitive. Produced by Azalyne, Sspiketrap, Anté O’Connor, and Paula Griffith, “Clouds” takes audiences on a new journey through the sky and listeners can truly get lost in the melodies. 

With a sound that intertwines between contemporary R&B and jazz, Azalyne’s new dreamy track “Clouds” is also accompanied by a music video (directed by Thomas Obewu) that perfectly matches the aesthetic and vibe of the song.

However, Azalyne is not exactly a newcomer to creating feel good moments and music that audiences can enjoy. Since the age of 4, Azalyne has performed live shows and has found a passion through music. Her journey over these years has been successfully gaining traction, and Azalyne’s primary focus moving forward is diversifying her style, continuing to evolve, and reaching more audiences. 

“‘Clouds’ is about detaching yourself from your own life,” Azalyne said in a recent interview. “When you are outside staring up at the clouds, you get lost in everything around you. The clouds mesmerize you while you’re thinking about someone who is not acknowledging you. You sit in silence watching the ‘Clouds,’ waiting for a response that will never come.”

Azalyne has a classic and contemporary sounds that resonate with audiences from all walks of life, and “Clouds” serves as a great introduction to her voice. When it came to the process of how she created the song, Azalyne elaborated: “I was listening to instrumentals when one resonated with me. I would then create the lyrics and melodies on the spot. I capture these feelings with Ante O’Connor and Paula Griffith.”

“Clouds” is the first of two singles including “Fragments” off Azalyne’s forthcoming 5-track EP named after the latter track, Fragments. This will be Azalyne’s first full body of work and will introduce her mesmeric sound to a wider audience.
