Being along for Molly Brazy’s rise has been like being on a roller coaster; we’ve seen her at her lowest, and now she’s living fast, rapidly rushing towards stardom. On “Last Minute,” it may not be a reflective track, but we’re reminded of her humble beginnings as she goes over the details of her life now. She references classic sitcoms and her Porsche in almost the same line. This dramatic extreme is one of many, and she handles it deftly. Her skill now places her on the top tier of women in rap, and she keeps pushing. There’s something magnetic about her aesthetic, and this video reaffirms it. She looks badass amidst rapidly changing camera angles and sitting on the hood of an expensive ride. And through it all, she still maintains a hint of innocence that renders her adorable even when she’s mimicking holding a giant gun.

Fly Boi Rich’s new tune “New Jack City” is immensely powerful
Fly Boi Rich is one of Detroit’s hidden gems. This rapping mafioso’s punchlines hit hard, his beats even harder. His latest release is “New Jack City,” a tough, street anthem that will make even the most weary become fans. Check it out below.
.@drewisfamous and @playknows hit the school track in “Look At That!”
Drew Famous dropped the aesthetically bizarre 800DASH last year, and now he’s releasing the video for “Look At That!,” a crisply shot trip heavy on the nostalgia. It’s almost like one of those weird training videos from the 1990s that makes brilliant use of washed out color palettes and cool camera angles. It features PLAY of Virginia group Breezepark who brings tenacious energy to the chill tune.

@RealRobotJones and @LadiEarth have the time of their lives in “Big Ol Booty”
Robot’s tenacious new track “Big Ol Booty” will undoubtedly be the soundtrack to a lively time once the weather warms up. The Texas-based rapper knows how to have a good time, judging by past hits like “Camera” and “Sleigh,” and brings that same approach to this tune, reveling in his unique energy to breathe fresh air into the instrumental. Ladi Earth, whose music has just been featured on Netflix’s Russian Doll (her song “Water“), appears her and brings some sex appeal to the proceedings.
