@SimonBlazeMusic Drops “Roll Up” W/ ILLiJah & Rashon J

Published

Simon Blaze teamed up with his signing ILLiJah and singer Rashon J. The song was originally written for Canadian model Riley Sawyer (titled SUNshine Girl of the year 2019 by the Toronto Sun) featuring Rapper Young Chrigga. ILLiJah was a part of the original version as well. After the song didn’t get the attention it deserved, Simon Blaze decided to drop his own version.

ILLiJah has over 30 million streams on his single, “On My Way,” and is doing crazy numbers on TikTok. The new version of “Roll Up” is accompanied by a fun visual to get the party started. Beautiful women, nice views, and great music is always the recipe for success.

You could almost describe this song as pandemic music, speaking as it does to the burden of loneliness. Recorded at Quad NYC, where the guys practically reside, the track is carried by an infectious guitar line, punctuated with commanding 808s. Vibe check – reflective. Ride to it solo, or with a friend. Head nodding guaranteed.
