Five SoundCloud Gems To Check Out This Week

Published

on

It’s time to take our weekly dive into mumble rap territory. Contrary to popular belief, you’ll find some bangers on SoundCloud. Today, we’re going to show you guys some of our favorite finds this week.

New ATL Smook is always cause for celebration. The Atlanta stalwart is back after a brief pause with a menacing banger that showcases just why he’s one of the hottest rising artists in the game.

Keith Ape had a bit of a wave a few years ago thanks to “It G Ma,” an OG Maco “U Guessed It”- inspired knockoff that broke speakers around the globe. His newest, “Ninja Turtle,” features Wifisfuneral and its as haunting as his first go around. If you like stuff out of the ordinary, this is for you.

Linus is based out of Virginia and his sound is fucking bonkers. It’s much more relaxed than new age rappers, but it’s effortlessly brilliant.

If you’re a fan of the Lil Uzi Verts and Juice WRLDs of rap, you’ll dig Lil Xora’s “Chrome Hearts.” Featuring some melodic vocals and a brisk pace, it looks to start up any party for those that are willing to listen to something new.

24hrs, the genius behind “What You Like” with Wiz Khalifa and Ty Dolla $ign, is back with another banger; this one being smoother and more intimate than the last. This is the kind of shit you need to get through the day.
